About this tool
The image stitch tool combines several images into one long image, vertically or horizontally. The classic use is joining segmented chat-log screenshots or a long web-page capture into one continuous picture, or laying photos out as a banner or grid preview.
You can reorder images, set their alignment, and adjust the gap and background fill between them so the result looks tidy. All stitching happens locally in your browser and images are never uploaded — safe even for chat screenshots that contain private information.
How to use
- Upload the images you want to stitch (select several at once).
- Choose a direction: vertical (long capture) or horizontal (banner).
- Drag to reorder, then set alignment, gap and background color.
- Preview the full long image and export to download.
When to use it
- Joining segmented chat or feed screenshots into one full-length image to share.
- Stitching multiple captures of a long page or document into a single image.
- Making before/after comparisons by placing two images side by side.
- Arranging photos into a banner strip or grid preview.
FAQ
Can I stitch images of different widths?
Yes. For vertical stitching you can align to the widest image or scale all to one width, using alignment and a background fill for the side gaps so it still looks neat.
Will the stitched long image be huge?
With many high-resolution frames it can get large. Run it through the compressor afterwards or export at lower quality; long captures share fine as PNG or JPG.
Can I stitch horizontally for comparisons?
Yes. Pick the horizontal direction to place two or more images side by side — handy for before/after or option comparisons.
